Erwin Sredni

Erwin Sredni is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Privee Capital and brings more than 40 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has led the development and management of millions of square feet of commercial real estate across the United States.

Prior to founding Privee Capital, Mr. Sredni co-founded Premier Asset Management, which developed and managed over 10 million square feet of Class A industrial properties across South Florida and Tennessee before selling a significant portion of its portfolio to Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE).

Mr. Sredni continues to lead the strategic growth of the Sredni family real estate portfolio while also serving as Chairman of Corpacero S.A.S., a family-owned company in Colombia.
