Jonatan Sredni

Jonatan Sredni is a Managing Partner at Privee Capital, where he focuses on acquisitions, asset management, and the continued growth of the family’s real estate portfolio across multifamily, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Jonatan began his career in 2005 in commercial real estate lending, working with Collateral Capital in Weston, Florida, and later with Great Florida Bank in Coral Gables, Florida, where he remained until 2010. His lending experience focused on new construction financing and income-producing commercial properties.

In 2010, Jonatan joined the family’s real estate business, concentrating on acquisitions and asset management. During this time, he helped facilitate several 1031 exchange acquisitions for the family office following the divestment of assets from Premier Commercial Realty. Shortly thereafter, Jonatan led Privee Capital’s expansion into the multifamily sector throughout Florida.

Together with his partners, Jonatan co-founded Moncler Capital Partners, which acquired approximately 3,200 garden-style multifamily apartment units. In 2018–2019, Privee Capital successfully divested its interest in the Moncler Capital Partners multifamily portfolio.

Jonatan continues to focus on expanding the family’s real estate investments across multifamily, industrial, and other commercial real estate sectors.

Jonatan graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor’s degree in Management in 2004, and later earned his MBA from Nova Southeastern University in 2005.
