Michelle Delahaye

Michelle Delahaye is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career in 1991 as a Property Accountant with Stiles Corporation, where she developed her expertise in real estate accounting and financial management.

Michelle later earned both a Real Estate Brokerage License and a Community Association Manager License, further expanding her knowledge of property operations and management.

She worked with Premier Asset Management for 10 years as a Project Accountant, supporting the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. Michelle has been with Privee Capital for the past 10 years, where she currently serves as Controller, overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting for the firm’s real estate assets.
