Scott Alcus

Scott Alcus, a native New Yorker, is a Managing Partner driving the firm’s development, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management strategy. Since joining in 2015, he has led the execution of high-impact projects, including a 144-unit Class A multifamily development in Coral Gables, Florida, slated for delivery in September 2026.

Scott spent 18 years working on Wall Street in Manhattan at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, where he provided strategic coverage of long/short U.S. equity hedge funds. His deep financial expertise and strategic insight continue to inform the firm’s investment and development decisions.
